For overactive bladder, if the doctor does not suspect a serious problem, you usually don’t need imaging or invasive tests such as cystoscopy or urodynamics. Pelvic organ prolapse is not a dangerous condition and doesn’t need surgery. If you have mild or no symptoms, you don’t need any treatment.
