The California Grower Foundation Campaign

Helping members make informed choices

Be a Smarter Healthcare Consumer

Do you know how to identify high quality healthcare for you and your family?

Getting good quality healthcare is important. It can help you stay healthy and recover faster. High quality care is safe, timely, personalized, and based on the latest medical research.

Not all healthcare is high quality. And more care does not necessarily make you better. In fact, it can be harmful. So deciding what is high quality is important for your health.

Being an informed and prepared patient can help you get the quality care you need.

Learning about your condition and knowing what questions to ask will help you have important conversations with your doctors about the right care for you.

Do I need an MRI or CT scan to help treat my back pain? Will antibiotics help me recover faster from sinusitis? What happens if I do nothing? The answers may surprise you!

The California Grower Foundation has partnered with Consumer Reports to bring you Consumer Health Choices. The goal of Consumer Health Choices is to provide you with tools and information to help you prepare or discussions with your doctors. Using these can help you find safe, quality ealthcare when you need it.

¿Qué sucede si no hago nada?
